Your room is provided with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels as standard. Every day in hotels around the world, millions of towels are needlessly washed. We would like to help reduce this ecological burden in the form of wasted washing powder and environmental damage. For this reason we operate a special policy, this being: We will replace your hand and bath towels with clean ones only if you leave them lying on the floor. A towel hanging on the rail means that you want to use it again, one on the floor that you wish it to be replaced. Thank you for your understanding.
